LOCATION OF FALKLAND CRICKET CLUB AND "THE BOWLERS ARMS"

Falkland Cricket Club is situated 2 miles SW from town centre of Newbury, Berkshire, a busy business and market town about 50 miles due west of London. Newbury is also the administrative centre for West Berkshire.

DIRECTIONS  FROM LONDON

Take M4 Motorway heading west towards Wales, exit at Junction 13 on A34 towards Newbury.

 

Either:

1. Go into Newbury follow A339, straight on A339 at Robin Hood Gyratory, straight ahead at next roundabout, then right at Burger King roundabout and straight ahead at next roundabout into Andover Road, up hill one mile, turn right into Essex Street at mini roundabouts, follow Essex street for about 1 mile, entrance is on the right about 100 metres after the turning to Wheatlands Lane.

2. Take A34 Newbury Bypass to exit south of Newbury signposted Wash Common, after exiting turn towards Newbury follow road for about 1.5 miles, turn left at The Gun public house, follow Essex street for about 1 mile, entrance is on the right about 100 metres after the turning to Wheatlands Lane.
