With 75 children signed up for the ECB's All Stars programme at Falkland CC, the last eight Saturday mornings at the club have been loud, busy and fun!

The culmination of the programme for 2019 was the All Stars taking on their parents at a range of batting, bowling and fielding games. Using skills developed over previous weeks the superb All Stars proved unbeatable, with parents having to concede defeat on most occasions.

Showing great sportsmanship however, the parents congratulated the girls and boys with a fabulous guard-of-honour. With raised bats and stumps the children ran through a tunnel of cheering grown-ups, before being awarded a certificate of congratulations having participated in the All Stars Cricket programme at Falkland. Thanks were also given warmly to the fantastic team of Activators, who made the 2019 sessions happen with great energy.
