In an unbeaten campaign the boys can be immensely proud of this fine table-topping achievement. They played with real skill and determination, as well as playing in a spirit that the whole of Falkland CC should be proud of too.

Notable performances with the bat saw Ollie S top the league’s batting table (averaging a cool 98.0 runs), with Charlie C also in the top 10. With the ball, James L topped with league’s bowling table, with Sidney B, Max L and Jack R all in the top 5. And not to be forgotten keeper Ed H was one victim off topping the wicket keeping table.

A big well done to all the lads who have reaped the benefits of working hard during the winter training programme and have worn the Falkland badge with honour during the summer – you’ve made FCC proud and a great way for some to graduate from junior cricket at Falkland.
